Rev. Mr. Raffi Rey
Deacon
Deacon Raffi has been a part of St. Vincent's for many years. He and his wife Diosy have been very active, especially after Raffi was ordained to the permanent diaconate. You will see Deacon Raffi active throughout the parish, using his financial background to help with free tax preparation as well as the annual budget for the parish. He also coordinates our RCIA program for those wishing to enter into communion with the Catholic Church. He regularly serves at the 815am Mass so you can always see him there!

Rev. Mr. John Bockman
Deacon
I was born in San Diego, CA. We moved to Memphis, TN and Oahu, HI due to my father being in the Navy, finally settling back in CA in 1967. I attended high school in Union City where I graduated in 1979. Was married in 1987 to my wife Beatriz, and we have three children who are all in college now. I started my diaconate formation in 2009 and was ordained a Deacon on June 28, 2014 by Bishop Jaime Soto of the Diocese of Sacramento at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament. I was assigned to St. Vincent Ferrer Parish. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and listening to music. I love to cook various foods, but BBQ is my favorite. I look forward to serving our SVF community for many years to come. My two favorite bible scriptures are 1 Corinthians 13:4-8, and Ecclesiastes 3:1-13.

Jessica has been with St. Vincent Ferrer parish school for almost a year now. A true blessing to our parish school, her vibrant and energetic personality has strengthened the bonds of community and helped to build an environment for greater academic excellence and faithful discipleship.

Fe Fumar
Bookkeeper
Fe was the controller of the People’s Credit & Finance Corporation in the Philippines. Prior to that, she spent 17 years at Land Bank of the Philippines starting as Branch Accountant and retired there as Asst. Vice President for the Fund Sourcing Department. She migrated to the US in 2005 and worked in 2 companies. Two years ago she had a bout with cancer and forced her to retire from that job before she was ready. Already a devout Catholic, she said her struggle with cancer did not drive her to despair. She wasn’t expected to live, yet, by God’s grace, she survived her cancer. Her inner life and prayer turned from an attitude of “My will be Thine” to that of “Thy will be done,” and has found reserves of inner strength and calm she never knew she had. She was humbled by God’s mercy and compassion for her through her suffering and also the support of family, friends, even strangers through social media. To this day, Fe lived by a very simple yet profound motto: Love God first, her husband second, her sons third and all the rest fourth.

Dan was born and raised in Vallejo. He received all his sacraments at St. Vincent's and has been an active part of the parish over many years, participating in Recollection as a youth and now actively leading our high school youth and young adults towards a relationship with Jesus Christ and faithful discipleship. When he is not spending his Thursday and Friday nights with the youth, you can also find him with the youth choirs on Saturday and Sunday night 5pm Masses. His love for music is only perhaps outweighed by his passion for the SF Giants and his faith. Make sure to say hi to Dan if you see him. He is always ready to welcome you as part of the St. Vincent's family.
